Of course!

Well, my knew lifestyle has been wonderful!  That is right up until PMS hit me! LOL  My body say's screw those veggies and fruit and fill up on those bad carbs!!!!  Must find a way to battle PMS fatigue!!! It really is my enemy.  As of right now I have given in to the cravings the last couple days and have decided I will need to detox again when this is over....(only five days though:)) I have avoided two things...the big mac and starbucks.....however, I think I have done worse with food by trying to avoid them.  My lesson is...if I crave a big mac during pms...then I should just allow myself that one big mac.  and if energy is a problem and I need a little espresso during pms....then I should just go and get it.  Otherwise I just eat anything and everything else in sight to try to fuel my body!!! LOL I am also going to research what veggies and fruit help to battle PMS symptoms.......????  I wish women were still sent away during this time......I could use a hotel room just for me! LOL!!!

I just ordered the brazilian butt lift video......FUN!!!! who doesn't want a nice booty???? hehehe
